Erica Bean, is a certified American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) billing and coding specialist new to the MMH team. She is a resident of Hardy County and full time Momma.  In addition to her role in billing, Erica assists with processing referrals & supporting our operations. She looks forward to helping at MMH as she has a special compassion for those facing life's challenges.

Heidi Fields, a Licensed Professional Counselor & a lifelong Hampshire County resident, along with a great team, started MMH to meet the need for home, school & community-based counseling in the area.  Heidi has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and provides limited direct counseling services at this time with adults as she has availability.

Cheryl Healy, a Hampshire County native served children & adolescents in WV for over 20 years.  She received a Bachelor’s degree from WVU & Master’s degree from Liberty University.  Cheryl is a Certified Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional. Cheryl accepted a position as a Service & Operations Coordinator with MMH just prior to her fami

Cheryl Healy, a Hampshire County native served children & adolescents in WV for over 20 years.  She received a Bachelor’s degree from WVU & Master’s degree from Liberty University.  Cheryl is a Certified Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional. Cheryl accepted a position as a Service & Operations Coordinator with MMH just prior to her family's relocation to Nevada and fortunately her new administrative role allows her to work from home across the country still collaborating to support clients, staff & services in her true home of WV.

Keith Ackerman, a native of Mineral County, served in & was Honorably Discharged from the US Army Reserve.  He had a career in the WV Regional Jail System for over 17 years as an Officer, Counselor & Director of Inmate Services.  He was a WV Supreme Court Probation Officer for specialized offenders for 8 years before joining & helping to

Jacque O’Neil has 20 years  of experience in the counseling field with an emphasis on treating substance abuse disorders.  She is a West Virginia Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC).  She graduated summa cum laude with a graduate degree in School Counseling at Frostburg State University. Currently, she is overseeing MMH's

Angie White, a central WV native, began her recovery journey when she relocated to Romney in 2017.  Angie completed the WV Leadership Academy for Consumers & Families self-advocacy training program. She is also trained in Wellness Recovery Action Planning, an evidenced based recovery model that focuses on a person's strengths, rather than

Angie White, a central WV native, began her recovery journey when she relocated to Romney in 2017.  Angie completed the WV Leadership Academy for Consumers & Families self-advocacy training program. She is also trained in Wellness Recovery Action Planning, an evidenced based recovery model that focuses on a person's strengths, rather than perceived deficits, supporting people to develop their own WRAP.  She  enjoys her PRS role as she wants to help others recover.

Madison Fields, a lifelong Hampshire County resident, graduated from WVU and Liberty University and has worked previously in youth corrections before joining and helping to establish MMH.  Madison works with adults and adolescents and especially enjoys school-based therapy services as well as assisting mother's struggling with post-partum

Madison Fields, a lifelong Hampshire County resident, graduated from WVU and Liberty University and has worked previously in youth corrections before joining and helping to establish MMH.  Madison works with adults and adolescents and especially enjoys school-based therapy services as well as assisting mother's struggling with post-partum depression.  Madison is a WV Provisionally Licensed Counselor in supervision to become an LPC.

Candice Hartman, a Mineral County native specializes in Trauma-Focused CBT and Play & Expressive Therapy with children and adolescents.  Candi has served the greater Panhandle area for over 20 years and is a passionate clinician who also dedicates much of her personal time in support of youth as a Girl Scout Leader.  Candi obtained a graduate degree in Community Counseling from Liberty University.

Taylor is working with youth & adult clients who struggle with substance abuse as well as mental health challenges. Taylor is seeking her Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC) certification and is thrilled to serve her community as well as be a part of the MMH Team!
